All orders are processed within 1-2 DAYS after your payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During new product launches, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders where permitted.


7. Damaged or Missing Packages
